Slow down & reconnect with the quiet softness within with a super relaxing, all-levels yoga inspired wellness session.

Together we’ll experience calming breathwork, grounding yoga postures and still moments to open & soften the body, creating space for peace and quiet joy.

Meet Your Host – Nicole Stone

Hi! I’ve been practicing & teaching yoga for 25 years having discovered it whilst searching for something to relieve chronic back pain.  I truly believe the power of yoga will help you move better, get stronger & feel amazing inside & out. I live between Steyning, West Sussex and Spain. When in Spain I’m teach yoga & organise yoga retreats in the beautiful Alicante region.  When in the UK, you’ll find me out & about exploring the gorgeous countryside and running the occasional UK retreat too.     FAQS

    What if you have to cancel your place after payment? 

    Let me know asap if you’re unable to attend the event after you’ve paid as I might have someone on a waitlist. Or, you are welcome to gift your place to someone else – I will need their name.  If I – or you – are unable to fill your cancelled place, I am sorry, but no refund will be given as costs will have been incurred on your behalf.  

    What should you bring?

    This is an indoor event but I suggest you wear warm comfortable layers that you can easily move in and bring a pair of warm socks for the final relaxation.  Please bring a yoga mat or similar, a blanket, a collection of (2-3) large-ish firm cushions – or a yoga bolster if you have one – and, if you have some yoga blocks, bring these to support you in some of the yoga postures.

    If you’ve never practiced yoga before

    This event is suitable for all yoga levels – including absolute beginners. As long as you can get up & down from the floor with ease you should be OK.  If you have any chronic health or mobility issues I recommend you speak to your medical practitioner to confirm if yoga is suitable for you.
